The an hour and the last 30mn of your day is very importance. So you have to do sth!
Here what you should do in the start of your an hour:
- Think positive: Today is a great day!
- Remember for 5mn for you are grateful for.
- 15mn of quite time.
- Imagine the day that is about to start going very well.
- Watch a sunrise.
- Go running or take walk.
- Write in your journal.
The things you do in the last half an hour before you go to sleep:
- Write into your journal again.
- Now is the time to reflecting on your day. What did you do great? What could you have done even better?
- Plan your day ahead. What are the most important things you want to get done tomorrow?
- Make to do list for tomorrow.
- Visualize your ideal day.
- Read some inspirational article, blog or chapters of the book.
- Listen to music that inspires you.
